As we progress into the shorter days and longer nights of winter, light becomes a strong guiding force. ​Finding Our Light​ features beautiful choral music evoking a range of emotions, from the darkness of the season to a vision of light for us all to consider in the world.

The mesmerizing music of Dan Forrest (​Requiem for the Living), ​ Eric Whitacre, Kyle Pederson, and Jocelyn Hagen sets an introspective tone and open our minds and lives to a feeling of light and discovery. Holiday standards and a few light-hearted works remind us of the joy and spirit of the season, and strings and percussion will add to the beauty of the music.

This concert is TWO nights, December 13 AND 14, 2019 at First Baptist Decatur.
