These are turbulent times, and turbulent times have a tendency to stir up turbulence in our hearts and minds. As the Psalmist writes, ‘deep calls out to deep.”

Trying to remain faithful to God’s call in our lives can be challenging, and at times, it might even seem like we’re not qualified for the tasks set before us. But like the man from Judah, God uses who God uses.

Take a few moments to really consider what you need for today. Maybe it’s rest; maybe it’s community; maybe it’s strength. Spend some time really thinking about what it is you need most just for today.
