Holy week and Easter Sunday Worship

All are welcome to worship at First Baptist Church Decatur. We invite you especially, in this time of preparation for and experience of Resurrection Sunday, to be in worship with us.

Maundy Thursday Interfaith Gathering
Thursday, April 13
5:45–7:00 p.m.
Carreker Hall
You are invited to an interfaith gathering for families to learn about and experience Maundy Thursday. We will gather around tables at 5:45 p.m. for food, dialogue, and a bit of education about the Christian holiday of Maundy Thursday, then participate in and/or observe a Maundy Thursday service. Children and adults of all ages are warmly invited. The service will be hands on and child-friendly, and we also welcome the delightful outbursts of the ones too tiny to fully participate. Sponsored in partnership with FBCD and DAMES, Faithfully.

Good Friday Tenebrae Service
