Couples Needed to Train Students

Couples Needed for Training Seminary Students

McAfee School of Theology is looking for couples to participate in a class project for master’s level theology students who are learning to work with couples in congregational and ministry settings. We need married or dating couples who are willing to take part in an interview together during October or November.

The interview will be recorded and will take 60-90 minutes. It can be scheduled at a place and time convenient for you. During the interview you’ll be asked questions about your relationship, including how you became a couple and what the strengths and challenges of your relationship are. You will also be asked to complete a survey asking questions about your relationship.

The goal of this project is not to evaluate your relationship, but rather to evaluate the student’s ability to work with couples in an effective and meaningful way. All of the information you provide will be kept confidential.

If you are interested, please email or call Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes at or (678) 547-6442.
